HB Strategies Continues to Grow in Wisconsin
MADISON – Husch Blackwell Strategies today announced two new hires in Wisconsin significantly increasing the firm’s government affairs’ services in Madison.
The firm is adding to its team two experienced professionals with keen expertise of the legislative processes in Wisconsin.

Michael Rogowski has a deep understanding of the executive branch in Wisconsin where he served under two governors as chief of staff and as an assistant deputy secretary at the Departments of Corrections and Financial Institutions. Michael has helped clients navigate the legislative, administrative and agency regulatory processes, and helped companies when it came to economic development issues. He holds a juris doctorate from the University of Wisconsin Law School and a bachelor’s degree from Bradley University.
Nathan Halbach’s experience in Madison includes serving as deputy director of communications for a Democratic Senate Majority Leader, legislative assistant to two Senate majority leaders and a Senate minority leader, and clerk for the Senate Natural Resources Committee. Nathan has been a government relations specialists focused on the budget and administrative rulemaking processes. He earned his bachelor’s degree from Purdue University.
